Every item has its own move. Burger: press on the beat after it lands, hold one beat, release to smash. Steak: after the flip, pull at the ticket's temp. Veg: turn it four times. Chicken: tap on the off-beat while it cooks to baste for a bigger tip.
4A plate waits on its ticket until the whole ticket is up, and it cools while it waits. Fire the slow items first so everything lands together. Plate something no ticket wants and it's binned at food cost.
5Nothing ends the service early. Burn something, tap to toss it, fire another.
